You all know that I love bright and bold colors, so Grl Pwr designed by Amber Kem-Gerstel for Riley Blake Designs is totally my jam!
There are so many great print designs in this collection, so this line just screamed for a scrappy project! Plus there were several cute low volume prints, so I couldn't help myself throwing those in too.
So many fun colors! Look at these flowers!
I had been kicking around a rainbow quilt pattern for a bit that I knew would be perfect. I cut the rainbow pieces out plus the low and then just mixed and matched everything. For the low volume background, I added a few RBD basics in also from the Blossom and Kisses line.
The blocks are big and the curves are gentle so this is a quick sew!
The Grl Pwr collection is available in stores now! Which is your favorite print? Mine is definitely all the different girls. It's adorable! Really any of these would make a fun dress too!
And my Rainbow Splash pattern will be available within the next few weeks!
Until later, happy sewing!

Pretty please post this pattern! I am dying to do it for a friend who is into rainbows and who I already bought the GRL PWR fabric line for.
I would love to have this pattern. It’s such a great way to do rainbows
