In January I started a new series for 2021 called Jumbo Blocks Rock where I take traditional 12" blocks, upsize them to 18", and give them a modern twist. Each month I've been also making a fun pillow using assorted basics from Riley Blake Designs. In case you missed them, here are the pillows from January, February, March, April, May, June, July, and August.
For this month I made a Hidden Star Remix block which jazzed up the traditional Hidden Star block.
I'm loving the Bee Cross Stitch RBD basics collection!
It has a minimal print design, but those cute Xs add a lot of interest!
And as usual for the RBD basics, there are a ton of great colors!
For this month's pillow, I went with fall vibes! I used Bee Cross Stitch in Pebble, Texture in Orange and Tweed, Blossom in Orange, Kisses in Yellow, and of course Confetti Cottons solid in White as the background.
I have my latte in my hand ready to get my fall on!
